The ProAdjuster - A Breakthrough in Healing

Imagine thirty to forty years ago, if we told you that dentistry would be painless, that doctors would watch television to perform surgeries, that brain surgery for tumors could be done with a laser, that fetuses could be operated on within the uterus, that knife-less surgery could be performed- you would not have believed us. By the same token, would you believe us if we told you that Chiropractic treatments and reorientation of the nervous system could be done comfortably, while you were sitting in an upright position without any turning or sudden movements? Would you believe that newborns as well as the elderly with osteoporosis can be treated safely and gently?

Advances in computers and engineering technologies have been able to uniquely blend with Chiropractic in order to both analyze and treat the human body in such a way that was never before realized. The potential for the human being to end pain and to achieve their peak nervous system function has never been greater. Humans are consistently asking their bodies to perform at higher levels. Now we have the techniques and the technology to match the demand placed on the spine and the nervous system. We now have the capability to fine tune our own energy and enhance every aspect of our lives.

Diversified Technique

Diversified is the technique that generally results in the popping sound as the chiropractor makes a manual adjustment to correct misaligned or subluxated spinal segments of the neck or back, and is one of the most widely used forms of adjusting in the chiropractic field.

The focus is on restoration to normal biomechanical function, and correction of subluxation. In addition, Diversified methods have been developed to adjust extremity joints, allowing for beneficial applications in treating sports injuries and other injuries.

Diversified adjusting of the spine uses specific lines of drives for all manual thrusts, allowing for specificity in correcting mechanical distortions of the spine. Case histories are used in analysis and diagnosis. No instruments are used in the adjusting procedure. Motion palpatation and full spine, hands-on techniques are used to deliver a deeper thrust, which makes an osseous (popping) sound as the adjustment is given.

Diversified adjustive procedures consist of high velocity, low amplitude thrusts. These techniques attempt to use the normal biomechanics of the spine and extremities in order to create motion in spinal or extremity joints, with the goal of restoring function and structure to the joint.

Activator

Activator Methods Chiropractic Techinique

The Activator is a small hand-held adjusting instrument which delivers a precisely measured, gentle thrust in a specific direction.

Among the most researched of all major Chiropractic techniques, Activator Methods uses a series of isolation tests, performed by the patient with the direction of the doctor, to determine where, when and how to deliver the adjustment.

Gentle and Effective - The activator is painless, effective and swift. This technique not only can be used at the spine, but is quite effective on the extremities and other joints, making it an ideal technique for the athlete or the physically active individual.

Specific tests have been developed and tested over the past 35 years for knees, shoulders, wrists and ankles, as well as the joints of the jaw. It's gentle nature makes it comfortable, even for those injured on the job, in an automobile, or at home.

Safety - Activator is considered among the safest Chiropractic techniques, and if employed properly, can be used without apprehension on children, the elderly or even infants.
